این خانه باغ دوبلکس یکخوابه در روستای کوهستان واقع شده است که تا شهر بهشهر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز فوتبال دستی، آلاچیق، آتشدان هیزمی، دوچرخه ثابت، صندلی راک و تاب فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن، یک اتاق خواب و تراس قرار گرفته است ، گفتنی است این واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر تراس و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
