این کلبه یکخوابه در روستای زمیدان از توابع لاهیجان واقع شده است که تا شهر لاهیجان حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم یک فضای خواب و تراس با چشم انداز باغ چای قرار گرفته است.
کلبه در محیط کوهستانی و در شیب زمین واقع شده است، همچنین اطراف حیاط محصور نیست و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی کلبه از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
