این خانه دو خوابه در روستای قلعه سنگی واقع شده که با شهر خرم آباد حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام خانه در یک اتاق خواب قرار گرفته و سرویس بهداشتی نیز در محوطه حیاط قرار دارد.
پارکینگ بصورت مشترک با مهمانان طبقه بالا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد ولی راه پله و دروازه ورودی بصورت جداگانه می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
