این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با طراحی داخلی چوبی به همراه استخر سرپوشیده و حوضچه آبگرم در روستای شارقلت از توابع لفور واقع شده که با شهر شیرگاه حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین استخر و حوضچه آبگرم قرار دارد و در طبقه بالا دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، بالکن، دو اتاق خواب با تراس و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده ولی با توجه به بافت روستایی منطقه فاقد دروازه ورودی می باشد و در مجاورت اقامتگاه ساخت و ساز در حال انجام است.
میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید که ویلا در انتهای یک کوچه اختصاصی قرار گرفته که ورودی کوچه به وسیله دروازه نرده ای محصور می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
