این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در دیلمان واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای سالن ورودی، یک فضای نشیمن و پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سرویس بهداشتی خانه در یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده ولی فاقد دروازه ورودی می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
