وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز فوتبال دستی فضای و سیستم صوتی مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، مطبخ، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب به همراه حمام و یک سرویس ایرانی قرار گرفته است. در نظر داشته باشید حمام این واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
