This one-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in the mountainous and forested village of Balaband, approximately 30 kilometers from the city of Tonekabon.
The cottage is designed such that the lower floor, accessible via about 12 steps, features a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with an Iranian toilet, and a balcony with a beautiful view equipped with a table and chairs. The upper floor has an open-plan sleeping area and a spacious balcony.
The cottage's yard is enclosed by a fence on two sides and a wooden railing on the other two sides, shared with guests of the adjacent cottage. For added security, the entrance and parking are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Please note that this village does not have a bakery or supermarket, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are about 2 kilometers away. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase bread and daily necessities in advance.
The mobile network coverage quality for Irancell operator is good for calls and 4G internet, but Hamrah-e-Aval operator has poor service coverage.
It is worth mentioning that about 200 meters of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved, and about 10 kilometers of the road leading to the cottage is downhill.
This winding mountain road has steep slopes and is narrow in some places. It is essential to ensure the technical soundness of your vehicle and drive cautiously along this route, preferably planning your journey to reach the destination during daylight hours.
