این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای کوهستانی و جنگلی بالابند واقع شده است که حدود 30 کیلومتر با شهر تنکابن فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 12 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و بالکن با ویو زیبا مجهز به میز و صندلی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب بدون در و بالکنی دلباز قرار دارد.
حیاط کلبه از دو طرف با فنس و از دو طرف دیگر با نرده چوبی محصور شده است که به صورت مشترک با مهمانان کلبه مجاور استفاده می گردد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
درنظر داشته باشید این روستا فاقد نانوایی و سوپر مارکت می باشد و تا اولین سوپر مارکت و نانوایی حدود 2 کیلومتر فاصله دارد لذا توصیه می شود نان و مایحتاج روزانه خود را از قبل تهیه نمائید.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه اپراتورهای همراه اول و ایرانسل برای مکالمه و اینترنت ضعیف می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 200 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد، همچنین حدود 10 کیلومتر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه نیز به صورت سراشیبی است.
این جاده کوهستانی پرپیچ و خم دارای شیب تند و عرض کم در برخی نقاط است. اطمینان از سلامت فنی خودرو و رانندگی با احتیاط در طول این مسیر الزامی است و ترجیحا به نحوی برنامه ریزی شود که در نور روز تا مقصد رانندگی کنید.
