این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای باقرآباد واقع شده است که با شهر رامیان حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، در طبقه بالا دارای نشیمن، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس قرار دارد.
اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با طی مسافت حدود یک کیلومتر از اقامتگاه امکان پذیر است.
