این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در مجاورت استخر ماهی در روستای شهرستان از توابع سراوان واقع شده است و تا شهر رشت حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس فرنگی با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب به همراه بالکن قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط فاقد دروازه و دیوار است که بصورت مشترک با دیگر ساکنین قابل استفاده می باشد و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 300 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
