این کلبه یکخوابه به همراه تراسی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای گنذر واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی 5 پله دارای پذیرایی به همراه تاب ریلکسی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با سرویس ایرانی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب به همراه تراس دلباز قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از طرف دیگر با فنس و پوشش گیاهی محصور شده است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 800 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g و برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت ضعیف می باشد.
