این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در شهر محمود آباد واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود یک کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز و سیستم صوتی و سیستم نور پردازی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم یک فضای خواب قرار گرفته است و در طبقه سوم نیز یک فضای خواب تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
