این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در منطقه کتالم و سادات شهر واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر و با شهر رامسر حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب بدون در و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط کلبه از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف به وسیله ایرانیت محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 600 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
