این کلبه چوبی دو خوابه با ایوان زیبا و منظره سرسبز در نزدیکی رودخانه در روستای سیاهدول واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که بر روی شیب ملایم بنا شده و با دسترسی حدود 11 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، ایوان و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب فاقد درب و بالکن که ورودی آن از اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه حیاط با سیم خاردار محصور شده است و فاقد دروازه ورودی می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت شن ریزی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
