این ویلای سه خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای چاکسر واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 600 متر و شهر سرخرود حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر سرپوشیده، میز فوتبال دستی، میز ایرهاکی و باربیکیو اشاره نمود.
خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دارای سه اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر) و سرویس فرنگی تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
