این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با وان جکوزی در جاده ییلاقات و روستای گنذر واقع شده که با شهر ماسال حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی ویلا می توان تاب دو نفره در حیاط، آلاچیق با آتشدان و تاب ریلکسی را نام برد، همچنین یک میز و صندلی باغی با چتر سایبان در تراس تعبیه شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با ایرانی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط کلبه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
