این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای لشکرآباد و در نزدیکی جاده سهیلیه واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 35 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا دوبلکس در طبقه همکف دارای استخر، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم نیز شامل دو خواب، یک آشپزخانه کوچک، حمام و سرویس فرنگی است.
