این ویلا دو خوابه در جاده اسالم به خلخال و در روستای خرجگیل واقع شده است که حدود 20 کیلومتر با شهر تالش فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد در نیم طبقه بالا بهارخواب قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیک از ویلا سکونت دارد.
