این ویلا مبله دو خوابه که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر است با روف و وان جکوزی در منطقه اربه کله و روستای سرلیماک واقع شده که با شهر رامسر حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی ویلا می توان صندلی با میز آتشدان و چتر سایبان که در روف تعبیه شده را نام برد.
ساختمان ویلا بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و پس از پارک خودرو لازم است تا حدود 10 پله را از پارکینگ به سمت پایین طی نمایید تا به ویلا دسترسی داشته باشید.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر)، بالکن و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و به وسیله پله هایی که در بالکن تعبیه شده است به روف طبقه بالا دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار و نرده محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
