این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در روستای وشمه سرا واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف شامل، سالن پذیرایی، ورودی استخر و آشپزخانه می باشد و در طبقه دوم مطبخ، سه اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر)، سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و بالکن قرار گرفته است. گفتنی است وان جکوزی در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود، لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
