این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه همراه تراسی با چشم انداز شالیزار در روستای سیاه بیل واقع شده که با جنگل گیسوم حدود 9 کیلومتر و تا شهر اسالم حدود 14 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا تراس با میز و صندلی و دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد که یک اتاق خواب دارای بالکن نقلی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از یکطرف به وسیله فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
