این خانه مبله یکخوابه در یک مجموعه شهرکی آپارتمانی در شهر بابلسر واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 300 متر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی آسانسور از طبقه اول تا طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه شش واحدی قرار دارد.
جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است، همچنین نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در ساختمان مستقر است و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 150 متر ممکن است.
