این ویلا به همراه وان جکوزی و آتشدان در روستای سرخکلا واقع شده است که تا شهر زیرآب حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که بر روی شیب بنا شده و در طبقه زیر همکف با دسترسی حدود 8 پله آهنی از بیرون به سمت پایین به وان جکوزی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام دسترسی خواهید داشت و در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و فرنگی با حمام می باشد، همچنین در طبقه بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب بدون در به همراه بالکن و چشم انداز کوه قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود دو کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 10 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
