این کلبه سوئیسی با حیاط دلباز در روستای رمشایه واقع شده است که تا شهر املش حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب و تراس قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط فاقد حصار و دروازه ورودی می باشد و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد.
سرو غذای محلی با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام امکان پذیر است.
