این اتاق 43 متری در یک مجموعه بوم گردی 8 واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای چهار تخت خواب تک نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، بخاری گازی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است.
حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همین مجموعه حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به کافه رستوران، سالن غذاخوری، حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
