این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه مستر با حیاط دلباز در روستای گتکسر واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 200 متر و با شهر اسالم حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب مستر و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب و تراس قرار گرفته است.
لازم به ذکر است محوطه این کلبه فاقد دیوار محوطه و دروازه ورودی می باشد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی نیمه ساز قرار دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود، لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
