این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با فاصله چند قدمی از رودخانه در روستای خرجگیل واقع شده که با شهر اسالم حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد که یک اتاق خواب دارای تراس می باشد.
محوطه حیاط کلبه به سبک خانه های روستایی فاقد دیوار می باشد و محصور نیست ولی میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 600 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
