این خانه روستایی با دسترسی حدود 10 پله به همراه حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای چولاب از توابع لولمان واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر از کوچصفهان و 30 کیلومتر از رشت فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان، دو اتاق با ورودی از ایوان، آشپزخانه در یک اتاق و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
خانه دارای ایوانی دنج به سبک سنتی و حیاط دلباز بوده که فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
