این خانه سنتی سه خوابه با دیوار گلی و سقف چوبی در روستای ده برآفتاب علیا واقع شده که با شهر یاسوج حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی و حمام در محوطه حیاط قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که در زمان حضور میزبان دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است در این اقامتگاه دریافت خدمات ماساژ، راهنمای گردشگری، گشت محلی و عکاسی با لباس سنتی با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذیر است.
