این کلبه سوئیسی در میان باغ چای در روستای قلعه رودخان واقع شده که تا دژ تاریخی قلعه رودخان حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا شهر فومن حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان نقلی، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید پنجره کلبه فاقد پرده بوده و از بیرون اشراف دارد.
محوطه حیاط فاقد دروازه و دیوار است و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 50 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
