این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با تراس نقلی و در مجاورت یک کلبه دیگر در روستای گاوخسب واقع شده که با شهر توتکابن حدود 2 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در با تراس قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 800 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
