این خانه ویلایی دوخوابه در روستای میانبر گوراب زرمیخ واقع شده است که با شهر ماسال حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
با توجه به بافت روستایی منطقه محوطه از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 150 متری خانه تهیه نمایند.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد اما برای اپراتور همراه اول آنتن دهی برای مکالمه و اتصال به اینترنت ضعیف است.
