این ویلا دوبلکس استخردار با چهار اتاق خواب مستر در محوطه ای شهرکی در منطقه چهارباغ واقع شده که با کردان حدود 20 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 55 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
