این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با وان جکوزی و چشم انداز شهر و جنگل در روستای پاسندرز واقع شده که با بهشهر حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان تاب ریلکسی، میز و صندلی و آتشدان در حیاط را نام برد.
ساختمان کلبه بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و طراحی آن به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 700 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
