این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه به همراه بالکن با وان جکوزی در منطقه کتالم و سادات شهر واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود یک کیلومتر و با شهر رامسر حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و بالکن قرار دارد.
