این ویلای دو خوابه با طراحی سوئیسی در منطقه بشمن واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر و با شهر بندرانزلی حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهارطرف با دیوار محصور شده است.
