این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در روستای حاجی کلا واقع شده که تا شهر آمل حدود 15 کیلومتر و با شهر چمستان حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آلاچیق و میز و صندلی باغی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار کوتاه شهرکی محصور شده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 300 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
با توجه به وجود تنها دو پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی می باشد.
