این ویلا دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در نزدیکی جاده شوهان واقع شده است و تا شهر دزفول حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات ویلا می توان به استخر روباز، استخر کودک، آبنما، میز فوتبال دستی، آتشدان و میز و صندلی در محوطه درختکاری شده اشاره کرد که فضای مناسبی را برای شب نشینی و دورهمی فراهم نموده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب ( یک اتاق خواب مستر ) می باشد، ضمنا واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
در نظر داشته باشید در حال حاضر جکوزی غیرفعال و به عنوان استخر کودک استفاده می شود.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت برقراری امنیت بیشتر نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر است.
گفتنی است ویلا فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت مصرفی از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود سه کیلومتر ممکن است.
