این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در منطقه خوش آب و هوای ساداتشهر با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر رامسر واقع شده است.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، ورودی استخر با دسترسی دو پله و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب مستر، بالکن، فضای نشیمن به همراه میز پینگ پنگ، بالکن، سرویس فرنگی با حمام تعبیه شده است، همچنین با دسترسی حدود 12 پله از فضای نشیمن به تراس بزرگ دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 800 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
