این کلبه سوئیسی با میز و صندلی باغی در مجاورت یک کلبه دیگر در روستای کچا از توابع سراوان واقع شده است که با سنگر حدود 20 کیلومتر و تا شهر رشت حدود 31 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید که فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با مهمانان کلبه مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
