این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای معاف از توابع شاندرمن واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی در طبقه پایین قرار گرفته و دو اتاق خواب با بالکن در طبقه بالا واقع شده است.
با توجه به بافت روستایی منطقه، محوطه از 3 سمت با فنس و از یک سمت با دیوار محصور شده و یک ساختمان نیمه کاره در آن وجود دارد، همچنین میزبان در ساختمان دیگری داخل محوطه ساکن است، در نظر داشته باشید که حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت در فاصله حدود 100 متری و از نانوایی در فاصله حدود 600 متری کلبه تهیه نمایند.
