این ویلا سه خوابه مستر در روستای عباس آباد بزرگ واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

حیاط این ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین سرایدار نیز در ورودی شهرک مستقر می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند، همچنین سوخت ویلا از طریق کپسول تامین می گردد.
