این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز و در مجاورت یک کلبه دیگر در روستای رمشی واقع شده که با چمستان حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی کلبه می توان میز و صندلی با میز آتشدان و چتر سایبان را نام برد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه مجموعه با دیوار محصور شده ولی محوطه حیاط کلبه با پوشش گیاهی از واحد دیگر جدا شده است.
نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در ورودی مجموعه مستقر است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 300 متری و از نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
