این خانه ویلایی با حیاط دلباز و محوطه درختکاری شده در حومه شهر بهشر واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب و تراس قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف با فنس محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ایوان و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در حیاط این واحد از حیوانات اهلی و طیور نگهداری می شود که تداعی گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این خانه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
