حیاط مجموعه از سه طرف با فنس محصور شده و طرف دیگر منتهی به ساحل می باشد و واحد نگهبانی به صورت 24 ساعته در مجموعه حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و ورودی مجموعه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به کافی شاپ و محوطه 1000 متری مجهز به آلاچیق و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
