این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با وان جکوزی در روستای چلندر واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر و تا نوشهر حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با وان جکوزی و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
