این کلبه سوئیسی با حیاطی محوطه سازی شده و در مجاورت یک کلبه دیگر در روستای یمچی واقع شده که حدود 8 کیلومتر تا شهر محمودآباد فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف هر دو کلبه با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و حیاط نیز به وسیله پوشش گیاهی جدا شده است، همچنین نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در ورودی کوچه مستقر است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت سنگفرش و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
