این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در روستای شهرکلا واقع شده است که با شهر نور حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه یک اتاق خواب و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی با فرنگی (در کنار درب ورودی ویلا روی ایوان) می باشد و در طبقه دو اتاق خواب مستر، نشیمن، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار دارد، همچنین با پیمودن حدود 10 پله از فضای نشیمن به پشت بام با چشم انداز شالیزار دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 60 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده سنگ ریزه و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
