این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه به همراه استخر کوچک و تراسی رو به شهر و جنگل در روستای فرامرزکلا واقع شده که با شهر شیرگاه حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، تراس و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
