این ویلا دوبلکس استخردار به همراه چهار اتاق خواب که دو خواب آن مستر است در روستای خورین واقع شده که با شهر رودهن حدود 9 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی، تاب فلزی و آلاچیق با میز و صندلی بتنی در حیاط را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا چهار اتاق خواب (دو خواب مستر)، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و بالکن قرار دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید که استخر سرپوشیده در محوطه حیاط قرار گرفته و دسترسی به آن از محوطه حیاط ممکن است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در محوطه حضور دارد که دروازه ورودی بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
