این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه به همراه جکوزی در روستای بونده واقع شده است که با شهر محمودآباد حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب و یک فضای خواب بدون درب قرار گرفته است.
